Restoring my curls and hair loss

I was born with curls, but over the years expecially in high school, I began to really damaging my hair but using alot of straighteners and curl irons, and dyeing/ bleaching it and not using the appropriate shampoo. Everyone in my family started urging me to start restoring my natural hair. I'm on my 8th month of not using any of the heat appliances and using all the curly products. I have noticed a difference, my hair is much bigger and  curlier now, however I do noticed sometimes my scalp looks like it has less hair than before. Could it be that I'm using the wrong products?

it's best to seek medical advise if you have concerns. heat damage only happens to the hair outside your head. chemical services and excessive braiding could damage your growth. it's best to get it trimmed every couple of months until all the dead hair is removed. i explained this in my blog ShaiAmiel.tumblr.com
