What's do I do to help repair my ripped out hair?
so that question probably sounds super morebid but I don't know how else to word it really.I really don't know anything about hair I'm just?? Very confused and anxious.So I have kind of thick, frizzy, curly hair. It's kind of long. Maybe 3b or a? I've never thought about it till now. Anyway.I went through this awful bout of depression and didn't touch my hair except for some washing for like a little over a week- I knew I should have, but I barely had the energy to leave the bed it had never been that bad. Anyway, I finally brushed out my hair, which was .. bad. I was as careful as I could be, went bottom up, was very careful, but I still took out a LOT of my hair in the process. Like it feels like I ripped out half of my hair, and i hate it. My hair feels so much thinner now and I feel awful. What can I do to encourage my hair going back to how it was and how long will it take? Will it EVER go back to normal? I'm super stressing over this sorry
