How to stop shedding and care for hair properly?

hi I want to know how do I stop my hair from shedding and breaking i want to care for it properly. No matter what I do it sheds alot and breaks I'm going bald in the back of my head and the sides. Its been like this now for a few months. To detangle is a nightmare I try the most gentle methods even finger detangling I will wet my hair and use conditioner , finger comb but it just sheds. When I wash it comes out in clumps. I will admit I have been slacking in taking care of it because the shedding which is wrong. I waited a month to care for it because i had a doctor appointment and wanted to get things checked out to make sure it wasnt health related. She told me my vitamin d was mildly low. My ends are always tangled when I try to comb with products in it.  The products that I use carols daughter black vanilla shampoo and conditioner, tgin deep condition, then I moisturize with shea moisture curl and style milk and put the curl enhancing smoothie on top to seal it in. I use these products on Monday and Friday. The only different thing I do on Friday is a hot oil treatment before I shampoo. What would be the best way to get my hair healthy. My hair is 4a and low porosity.

Ok, so one thing that could be contributing to hair loss is product buildup, so make sure you're using a clarifying shampoo pretty regularly, as long as it's not drying out your hair. Another thing that might help is doing nightly oil scalp massages (just massage your head with a carrier oil every night). Different oils do different things, of course, so here's a quick rundown on carrier oils and what they do to your scalp:Olive oil has a lot of vitamins, causing healthy hair growthJojoba oil is the closest replacement for sebum, your natural scalp oilCoconut oil is great for moistureThose are probably some of the best optionsYou might want to add a couple drops of essential oils to your carrier oil (although they're very expensive, they can also be very helpful, and they last forever)Essential oils that help with hair loss are:Rosemary oilCedar oilClary sage oilPeppermint oil (which helps because it helps blood-flow to the scalp, which in turn helps with hair growth. The act of massaging also helps with blood flow). Other essential oils I like to use are tea tree oil, which helps detoxify the scalp and helps with itching and dandruff, and lavender, which calms the scalp.Another thing that helps with hair loss is coffee rinses. Just cover your hair with cold coffee and wait a few minutes. If nothing works, try visiting a trichologist. I'm definitely not a trichologist, I'm just a 15 year old who is obsessed with keeping her hair healthy, so take my advice with a grain of salt. Hope this was helpful!Good luck!
my hair used to shed but i recognised that it stopped shedding after adding eco gel to my wash and go's as a styler I don't know  whether that is right or wrong!  but you might give it a try
