my team trains 5 days a week. Is it bad that I wash my hair every day? or is there a better way?
I sweat a lot so i feel gross not washing my hair after practice so i was wondering if any of you queens know what I can do in order to keep my hair healthy.
Co-Washing (washing with conditioner) helps with things like sweat and dirt, but if its chlorine then you have to use a shampoo :) When you co-wash use a cheap conditioner like Pantene :) Hope this helps x
