Is it true that if I continue drinking 2.5 liters of water per day, it will change my hair texture?
I honestly don't know if I'm a 4B or 4C ( I wish I was a 4A)I have dry, brittle tight curly hair. But after I wash and condition my hair and then comb it, it's like soft but tight curls at the root and soft wavy but straight at the mid shaft and ends. I don't blow dry my hair anymore I just let it air dry. I haven't used a relaxer in months. And just started drinking 2.5 liters of water 3 days ago.
I have never heard a rumour like that. But drinking the recommended amount of a water a day is good, as it helps keeping the hair the moisturized.But if you want defined curls/coils why don't you try the Maximum Hydration Method, Google it up.X
