How do I get rid of an over processed texturizer?

Long story short, i texturized my 4a/4b hair without wasting out leave in conditioner and gel that was on it earlier..... Ive been washing it weekly with shampoo but my hair is still bone straight and some of the tips get tangled and comes right out of my head, i really really do NOT want to start all over again. How can I get my springy curls back, or even just some type of curl like a 3c.

In a lot of ways, a texturizer is nothing more than a relaxer that you do not apply for a long period of time (5-10mins for a texturizer vs. 20-25mins for a relaxer, for example). With that being said, you have chemically and permanently altered your hair pattern and there is (unfortunately) no way to get that back. Relaxers and texturizers break down the protein bonds in hair and once that is achieved, there is no way to put it back together.  I hate to say this, but you will have to start over if you want your curls back permanently. If you want temporary curls, you can search YouTube for ways to achevie that.
