Is deep conditioning on dry hair a good option? Can I let my hair air dry then I deep con after wash

Your question baffles me a little--I'm not sure why you would want to.   The only time most people deep condition on dry hair is when using it as a pre-poo (a waste, in my opinion). DC is generally meant to be used on damp or wet hair after shampooing for 15-20 minutes, then rinsed out. So, can you? You CAN do anything you want, but will it yield the best result?
Totally agree with Catalley. Deep conditioners are great options for dry hair. They're meant to be used once a week or so.
