Which Leave-in to choose for 2c/3a,fine,low porosity, medium density, no proteins

I am afraid of conditioners.. Ok there, I said it. Before the curly girl method. I never used conditioner at all for fear that it would make my hair greasy , I am already using a co-wash, rinse-out, and a deep conditioner one a week. I have been scared of using a leave-in on top of all of that . I'm afraid I am going to end up with limp straight oily hair from over conditioning.. but so far, my hair is soaking it up and getting more bouncy with tighter curls each day. My problem is I also have a TON of frizz now that I didn't have before. Frizz means your hair needs more moisture right? So which leave-in would be best for my hair type

Do you use any styling products apart from conditioner in your post-shower styling routine (cremes, gels, mousses, oils)? Something I commonly see in the Q&A section is that some people rely on their in-shower products too much and neglect putting some kind of film-forming product(s) in order to preserve and protect your hair's moisture post-shower. It is especially important as the season is changing and it's getting more hotter & humid outside, so we must adapt our routines to the elements accordingly :). Here is a link to a blog with tons of info on film formers and much more! Hope it helps <3http://science-yhairblog.blogspot.com/2014/07/film...
Try either OGX Creamy Hair butter Argan oil ( thin coat on ends ) Or Shea Moisture Coconut curl style milk . I am 2b , Either are great for me. Good luck
