I have pretty long hair for a curly head-What cut should I get to make my hair look more voluminous?

I had my big chop less than 2 years ago, and my hair had grown rapidly since then. I trim my hair every 2 months (ever since the big chop), so naturally my hair is in good health. However, I sometimes get bored of its appearance + the process I go through to add volume (ex. trying to scrunch the living hell out of it, flip it, pick at it...etc) is tiring man!Is there some sort of haircut that I should get that creates more of a natural volume (without needing to cut much of my ends as i'd like to keep its length)? I have 3b hair (I THINK) and my hair has spiral curls and some corkscrew curls at the end. Thanks in advance!

Some people cut layers into their hair just to give it some volume.
Definitely go to someone who is experienced in cutting curly hair. It doesn't necessarily have to be a Devacut or a Ouidad cut, but if you don't know anyone else, you might want to consider them. I just used the Salons tab at the top of the NaturallyCurly homepage & did a little research on the recommended salons in my area. Also Check out this link, which show how layers can add volume & lightness: http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlreading/curl-sal...
