My curls are barely curls anymore. It's just one big frizzy mess. Any help?

I've never had chemical treatment or dyed hair. I've been curl girl friendly for a year and I just recently stopped because my hair has been frizz in for the past 3 months. I thought stopping the CG method would help. I sleep on a silk pillowcase, I don't wash and go's 2-3 times a week and refresh everyday. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Help please.

When doing your wash and go's, try raking your products through with your fingers, this will help clump your curls more so that they aren't as frizzy. You can try lightly finger coiling ( twirling stands of hair around your finger) sections of hair to create a more defined curl. Using a denman also helps with clumping your curls and fighting frizz. You might also want to try products that specifically work to fight frizz and are meant for curly hair. Shea Moisture's Coconut and Hibiscus Curl Enhancing Smoothie is a good frizz fighter and curl definer, it also smells really good (that's what I use). Using a gel for curly hair could also help. Gels are really good at fighting frizz. I'd recommend the Eco styler Argan oil gel, Curls Goddess Curl Gel, or Camille Rose Naturals Curl Maker Gel.
