Do any of your products contain protein? If so, eliminate them immediately. Winter/Fall is never the time for protein. Try the no shampoo method and deep condition (strictly moisture) as much as possible. Definitely use butters and creams as opposed to gel, and seal in the moisture with an oil. Mist your hair with a mix of water and conditioner throughout the day to avoid drying out.
Try jojoba oil! It's a miracle cure! Pure jojoba.... not a product with jojoba and a bunch of other stuff.
