One thing could help if you're not already doing it, is to leave a little of a good botanical conditioner in your hair (don't rinse it all out). Apply any of your styling product while hair is still very wet scrunch out any dripping water gently with an old t-shirt or microfiber towel (not a regular bath towel that can cause the dry frizzy look) and don't mess with it or touch it while it dries. Make sure you are using sulfate-free moisturizing shampoo or wash with conditioner or a cleansing conditioner instead (III Sisters of Nature Co-washes are super moisturizing and relatively inexpensive: try some of these methods: (not sure which curl pattern is more similar to yours) hope that helps!
Frizz is not 100% preventable because some textures are naturally undefined but the best ways to try to combat frizz are: -Deep conditioning regularly -Using serums or leave in conditioners with silicones (prevents humidity from penetrating the strands) -Sealing with oils -Shingling gel from roots to tip after applying your moisturizer
Don't touch your hair as it is drying or after it has dried. If it's a humid day, use a product that battles humidity, like Ouidad's Heat and Humidity gel. You really have to use a TON of it, but it will resist humidity and help prevent frizz.
In my experience, touching your hair will make it worse. Also, humidity (of course). Try a cream-gel like Miss Jessie's Pillow Soft Curls. It will keep your hair super moisturized for hours! Something else I like is the Curly Hair Solutions Curl Keeper. This is lightweight and won't weigh your curls down, but prevents frizz like no other! Mousse is also my friend when my hair is frizzy. Aussie gel is easy to find in drugstores, and will hold your curl but won't crunch it. Here are the links (check out their reviews)-
