My hair is very frizzy at the roots. What should I do?

Hey Naturallymexo! If you have frizzy roots, like I do,  you might want to check how much you play with your hair or scalp. It could be damaged dry hair and scalp that is causing the frizz there. I used to experience breakage when scratching my itchy scalp (that's a no-no, I know). To keep the frizz at bay, I like using a gel on my wash and gos. My favorite is the Miss Jessie's Super Soft Jelly. You can also try, depending on how much product your hair can handle, the LOC method. This is my favorite way to lock in moisture and prevent frizz. Here's a great read on preventing frizz at the root.
