Is the 'Not your mother's Heat Protectant' ok to use when using the CG method?

Hi everyone :)I have recently started the Curly Girl method and I am still getting my head around which hair product ingredients are ok/not.I recently purchased the 'Not Your Mother's' Heat Protectant spray as I couldn't see any silicones in the ingredients, but I am not sure if any of the others are ok to use in my hair? They are listed below:Alcohol Denatured, Water, VP/VA Copolymer, Fragrance, Acetamide MEA, Octylacrylamide/Acrylates/Butylaminoethyl Methacrylate Coploymer, PVP, Glycerin, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) (Sunflower Seed Extract), Tocopheryl Acetate, Butylene Glycol, Amino Methyl Propanol, Citric Acid, Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A)Also, as the first ingredient is alcohol and I don't want to dry out my hair, is there any way I can reduce this from drying out my hair (using a leave in beforehand or something along those lines)?Thank you!!Han
