Looking for product recommendations available in UK?

Hi! Im new to this, only just discovered this whole method today but am keen to get started! I have type 2b, low porosity, high density medium/long hair. Can anyone in the UK recommend products that arent too pricey please? Also Ive read that for my first cowash I need to use regular shampoo first as a final time, is that true? And do I then go straight to the conditioner, natural shampoo, conditioner? Ive also just heard of plopping for the first time, if I wash my hair tomorrow night should I plop overnight? Any help much appreciated!

Hi Biancasads, Unfortunately I don't live in the UK, but just so you know our e-commerce store ships around the world! Just click "Shop" at the top to see what we have. :) With regards to your other questions: Also Ive read that for my first cowash I need to use regular shampoo first as a final time, is that true? Yup! You need to clarify with a strong shampoo before doing your first co-wash. This is to ensure that you're starting with a clean slate. You don't want buildup and silicones in your hair after your first co-wash. And do I then go straight to the conditioner, natural shampoo, conditioner? After you clarify, you should condition your hair with a silicone free conditioner and get all the tangles out. Rinse your hair as normal, and style with a silicone free gel or styler. Then the next time you need to wash your hair you can start using the co-wash. Ive also just heard of plopping for the first time, if I wash my hair tomorrow night should I plop overnight? Any help much appreciated! Yes, plopping is generally a nighttime routine, but you can do it during the day if you don't have anywhere to go. :) I haven't tried plopping, personally but I hear it does wonders for curl definition. Just be sure to plop with wet hair. Good luck!
I have been to the UK loads of times, and know that you can know get Shea  Moisture products which are brilliant!!!!! Try Boots or Super drug. Perhaps even Amazon. co.uk. Hope that helps  Btw: I have 3a/b hair and they work amazingly for me.
Try Kinky Curly Come Clean for your final wash. It is an amazing but gentle clarifier. I use it abut once every six weeks or so to really remove product build up.
