Which products recover natural hair thats always been straightened to start curls(no heat)?

I have been natural for 4 years+. I did the transitioning process with my professional/licensed hair stylist but my process was through blow outs and with heat. My hair is very healthy; I would go consistently to the salon and would/will curl at the rare times I do styles with bantu knots and flat twists. I want to completely do the no heat and focus on my curls, but I do have heat damage from the strain of heat and always having blow outs. I need help with products and eventually be able to do successful wash n go's but I know currently thats not my first option. I'm clueless to the curling process and steps and just need some help. I believe my curl type is 3C. My hair dries out easily, poofs out once dried, also the curls lose the definition when dried. These pictures I attached are older and are when my hair is wet/damp. I live in North Carolina and it's very humid as well. Please help with recommendations the products I have used mostly was cantu, and I think it's time for an upgrade or some advice specifically for me. Please and thank you!!

a deep protein treatment like aphogee will restore the sections that are not totally damaged. However, there is not a specific product that will reverse damage. Products with protein will help strengthen the hair strands. But not reverse. I suggest styles such as twist out and braid outs that will allow for a uniform curl pattern. Carols Daughter Monoi line will help manage any breakage. However, you're going to need to gradually cut away the damage as it grows out
