Heat Damage from Blow Dryer on 150-250 Heat?

hi okay so I was getting box braids, so I washed my hair, did a protein treatment, deep conditioned & detangled, then t-shirt dried my hair, then put a heat protectant in my hair WITHOUT a leave in conditioner :/ then blow dried my hair on cool for 2 passes with a paddle brush then on 1 pass through 150-250 heat and then applied olive oil to my hair. Is it even possible to get heat damage from that? I'm a type 4a/4b
