How to straighten 3b hair with the least heat damage possible?

I've been relaxing from heat damage for more than 3 months now and I want to straighten my hair just to Change up my hair a bit. I love my curly hair so far but a change will be nice. I'm planning on straightening my hair once every few months but my hair gets damaged easily from heat. What steps or methods should I try to do to get the least damage possible? Or even if you have methods on how to straighten my hair without heat, that'll be helpful too.

Since your hair damages easily don't use direct heat. This might take longer but try doing something called the stretch method. It requires no heat except maybe to touch it up. When your ready to rinse out the straight use a deep conditioner to moisturize your hair. Watch the Video to see the stretch method. Good Luck x https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m1RO-d1Z9Hs
