Gym rats. How do you style your hair when you workout? How do you prep for it?

I think it depends on the length of your hair . My hair is 2b, very long . I choose to do a normal ponytail ( not too tight). then I braid the length.So I actually use to bands to secure it. I don't like my hair in my face while im working out. and it clings to my clothes. I cant do buns because my hair is long and flops too much and comes loose when I run. Im not really concerned that it looks great  just out of my face and nothing I have to re adjust when im working out. Cloth type headbands are great too, steer clear of the silicone one, then tend to pull my hair too much.. Hope this helps.
