Will flexi rods work well with 2c type hair? Should I use them with damp or dry hair?

I'm working on repairing heat damage and it's going well. I have shoulder length hair because I cut the bottom ends to eliminate as much damaged hair as I could but I'm not willing to go any shorter, so I want to keep the rest of my hair healthy. I'd like to enhance my curls and get more definition so I wanted to use a no heat method to achieve this.

Yes, they should work. You might want to look at Curlformers, too. They also are a good way to get pretty curls. There's lots of info about them on this site.
