should I cut my relaxer ends or wait until its grown out then cut it

im transitioning from relaxer to natural hair but i dont want to cute my hair.  Is it necessary to cut or not.

No, it isn't necessary to cut big chop/cut the relaxed ends off. You can wait until it grows out more. Since you said you don't want to, I'd recommend protective styling(braiding/twists/braidout/bantu knots, etc) so that the two textures won't be too troublesome. 
I agree with moonlifeskye. If you don't want to cut your hair, putting it away in braids, twists, bantu knots (if you can rock that), wigs, weaves, etc. is the best way to preserve length without accruing much damage to your hair. The idea here is that you don't want to create more tangles and knots than you normally would, considering that you're now dealing with two different textures.
