Hair care routine for wash and go, 3b/3c ladies who work out daily and sweat a lot?
I do CrossFit almost 3-4 times a week, always in the evening. I sweat A LOT from head to toe so when I come home from the gym, I (of course) shower immediately. However, I'm not sure if I should be rinsing my hair out every night and use a leave-in? Or should I just co-wash it and use a leave-in? What's the best thing to do?
