Heat damage repair

Hello Shai ! I used to straighten my hair nearly every day! After finding this site,  I have gone almost a year with NO heat at all and I feel I have been able to recover my curl pattern after almost losing it completely without doing a big chop! I know you typically avoid curl patterning..but if I knew what my natural pattern was, I'd  know how close I am to recovering my natural curl pattern. What do you think? Thanks!

if it's been a year, it looks like these are your curls and you're doing a great job styling them. bravo! follow the simple guidelines such as 1) no silicones or sulfates 2) get regular trims (every 3 months) 3) avoid chemicals that might affect the health of your hair including aggressive color techniques 4) always wear it curly to avoid heat damage. my blog should be pretty helpful ShaiAmiel.tumblr.com
I think it looks more 2c than 3a. 3a ends are usually curled up and there is more of a botticelli look. But, would it change anything that you are doing in your hair care routine currently? Looks good. Keep up the no heat make sure you are avoiding sulfates and silicones because that will also help your curls pop! Pretty!!!
