Hi. I was wondering why my hair at the roots are straight but hair from the center down is curly??
I only used a straightener a few times for the past 3 years, although usually only on my ends. My hair is medium/long. I usually wear it up. I'm a type 3a, as far as I know. I'm not sure if this is normal. How can I get my roots to form curls?! Please, any ideas?

Woah! I think i know what's goin on. It's because the h air closest to the scalp is being weighed down more than the ends. That's the only thing i can think of !- Rahmat The Hair Obsessed 12 Year Old
