What products should i try? What kinds of shampoos and conditioners should i try?

My hair gets really oily even though i moisturize it. Its mainly my roots that i have problems with. My hair has also been getting flat, thin, and volumeless at the roots, especially on the back in the middle. Looking for ways to get it thicker and more voluminous.

For more volume, I think your answer might lie in your technique rather than products. When you're drying your hair, try flipping it upside down when you scrunch. This will give you more volume. You can also tease it a bit, or try separating your curls to give the appearance of more, and therefore more voluminous, hair. Hope this helps! :) And for the issue of your hair being oily, try using a dry shampoo, like Batiste Dry Shampoo (I've heard a lot of good things about it!)
Styling and combing it plays big role but avoid oils and silicones in products - look at Scientific Essentials which is silicone free and adds volume and manageability. Also try holding in conditioners for longer periods before washing  -
