Whats your favourite drugstore shampoos and conditioners?

I was wondering if there any new onesI should try out that might make my hair better. Thanks!

Hello,So, I'd basically recommend anything by Shea Moisture. Their products (full size) typically range from $12-16. My favorite shampoos are their Coconut and Hibiscus Curl & Shine Shampoo and the Raw Shea Butter Moisture Retention Shampoo (for dry hair that struggles to lock in moisture). My favorite conditioners are the Coconut and Hibiscus Curl & Shine Conditioner and the Raw Shea Butter Restorative Conditioner. I have also heard great reviews of the Jamaican Black Castor Oil Grow & Restore Shampoo and Conditioner. If Shea Moisture isn't your thing, another good brand if OGX. I like the Coconut Milk Shampoo ($8). I also plan to try out TRESsemme's Flawless Curls Conditioner ($5). Good luck and have fun experimenting!-curlyheadbri

2c/3a sulfate-silicone-paraben-free here. I second the recommendation of SheaMoisture. In fact, I have access to DevaCurl, but I get SheaMoisture anyway because I want to keep it in business for curlies with less access. There are several different sub-lines for different purposes. I think the Coconut and Hibiscus sub-line is a good place to start if your hair likes protein (or the Manuka Honey and Mafura Oil sub-line if it doesn't like protein). Those two are available in most stores in the African hair care section. If co-washing is more your thing, Renpure Solutions makes a good one. My real recommendation, though? When you have enough information and experience to not be overwhelmed, find a beauty supply store (like SALLY). The prices are often as good or better (such as it is -- being a natural is expensive), and the variety is much greater, especially in terms of curly hair products.
