I have 3 different curl patterns, mostly 3c. How do I level my hair w/ out cutting too much?

The pattern in the back is the softest and longest. The patterns in the middle and front are shorter (very short). Do you have any tips for growing the front and middle parts and styling my extremely un leveled hair?

this is very typical with curly hair. since you wear your hair curly, you should trim it when it's curly. i do my haircuts dry and i use the curl by curl method so each curl is trimmed by itself. this allows me to control how much of each hair is trimmed and it helps me avoid cutting big chunks of hair. try finding a stylist that is trained to cut curly hair dry. never allow anyone to straighten your hair for a trim!!!!
