What's the difference of 2c and 3a?

I know 2c is wavy and 3a is curly. But I just cant spot the difference!

2a is more wavy and 3a the curl starts to form. With 2a hair the there isnt a formed curl, its more of a wave but with 3a the curl starts to coil and form an acual curl rather than a wave. Its possible to habe 2a and 3a hair so that might be why it is hard to spot the difference. The difference is small but it is there.

I think the difference is mainly if you had curly hair since baby then it's 3a if your hair wen't from straight to curly then you are on the wavy side and probably a 2c.3a is always curly and 2c can go from a 2a to a 3a in the same week, it never behaves the same, also the curl of 2c is looser than a 3a.My hair looks like a 3a sometimes but I changed hair texture in puberty (so I'm wavy) and some sections of my hair don't curl so much and I have a striaght strand. I thinks that's how you know
