My 4-year-old has gorgeous curls, but it's such a nightmare in the morning. Great products to help?
looking for a great detangler that won't weigh her hair down.
Umm... this is gonna sound very advertisement-y but I made a diy called the "Slippidy-Slidey Detangler". It has a slick-jelly consistency that provides tangle-free, slippery (as the name suggests) detangling and also is gel-like so provides chiseled and defined curls! If you go to the recipes section of this website you will find it under it's name (or on the front page since it's new) and I have provided the ingredients along with the nutrients that nourish your hair and composition make-up of each ingredient and why it's awesome for your hair! I have also provided the benefits of the product!Enjoy!- Rahmat The Hair Obsessed 12 Year Old
I recommend sleeping on a satin pillowcase. This will help preserve her curls and make them less frizzy. I'm not an expert on products to refresh curls in the morning, but I've heard good things about DevaCurl Mister Right. You could also mix some leave-in conditioner with water in a spray bottle and spray it on her curls.
