What is a good natural no shampoo alternative? My 2C hair is dry, frizzy and falling out.

I currently only wash with conditioner and then put Moroccan hair oil and leave to dry naturally.  Will rinsing with acv improve the condition of my hair?

Hi Ami,First I would check the ingredients list of the Moroccan oil you're applying, if it contains any silicones then it's likely that you're experiencing build up from applying oil and not using a shampoo. An acv rinse can make your hair shinier and add moisture and elasticity, so it could definitely help improve the condition of your hair. However most people who do an acv rinse do it after they shampoo. You may want to find a gentle shampoo to use once a month, or if you really don't want to use any shampoo then you could try adding some baking soda to your conditioner.
