What can i do about second-day curly hair?

My hair gets frizzy VERY daily and it gets worse after I wake up, so I need a morning routine that takes no more than 5-10 minutes max. 3a, super thick, medium-lengt

The most important component to second day hair is a good, strong hold gel to put on while styling freshly washed/conditioned hair. Trust me, the gel you are using will make all the difference. You want something to hold your curls in place during the night. Also pineapple your hair in a satin bonnet or sleep on a satin pillowcase. In the morning, spritz your hair with a mixture of conditioner and water. Then I make a spray gel out of water and a light hold gel. Spray it all over, scrunch, and then glaze over the top of my hair with more sprazy gel, smoothing instead of scrunching.
Great tips from JessiLeighh!  I always sleep on a satin pillowcase, too. And here's a video I found that has some good info. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j-JOUJKt23E
