Whipped Avocado Coconut Deep Conditioning Mask. Great for weekly deep conditioner and detangling hair.

  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoon of Pure Organic Coconut Oil
  • 3 Tablespoon of Suave Tropical Coconut Conditioner

Place the avocado along with all the other ingredient in a glass bowl or mixing bowl...except for the suave conditioner. Using a hand mixer, mixed all the ingredients on medium high until everything are mixed/combined in a whipped like cream. Add the suave conditioner and fold it in the avocado mixture.
Apply conditioner mixture to clean, shampooed hair. If you have medium to long hair, part your hair into four sections to ensure that is well applied. Massage the conditioner throughout your hair, from root to the end. Cover your hair with plastic cap and let it sit for 45 minutes. If you don't have time, you can sit underneath a hooded dryer for 20 minutes. Rinse hair until water runs clear and style as usual.

NOTES: My coconut oil was hard due to the weather in Chicago so I put the conditioner in the microwave for 10 seconds, to ensure the coconut turns into oil. Also, I styled my hair with a homemade whipped shea butter mixture.
