What I use as a leave in conditioner on my hair that is 100% organic

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp shea butter (raw)
  • 5-10 large drops of honey
  • You can add oils if you want (tea tree, avocado, jojoba, grapeseed etc. to name a few)

Melt coconut oil, shea butter, and honey in the microwave for 15-30 secs or on top of stove for about 2-5mins. pour into a bowl and stir until well blended, then pour into a dark glass container with lid and put in the freezer for bout 5-10mins. After it hardens you can take out and store in your bathroom! Works wonderful on my hair. Hopefully it will do the same for you.

when i put this in my hair while it was soaking wet the first time it worked very well, but i had to put it in the microwave everytime i used it because the honey would sink to the bottom and the shea butter and coconut oil would harden. When i tried it on dry hair and didnt heat it up i just mixed it into a whip, it made my hair extra hard as if i put gel in it or something, especially on the looser curls. great while hot and on soaking wet hair, not so good as an everyday moisturizer. Especially in new york weather.
