Stylist: Karen Toynbee
I've seen Karen at Hair Solano for a long time now. She is hard to get in with but, it's because she's so busy and she's so busy cuz she's GOOD!! She takes the time to evaluate your hair, face shape, and styling ability/willingness. Not everybody can cut my hair and I was scared to get cuts for a long time (too many traumas!!) she has curly hair and wears it in different styles too. It's so nice to be understood by your stylist!! Call Karen!!

Stylist: Feeney & Karen T
Both Feeney and Karen were recommended to me for curly hair. Every stylist does her own appointments so I was asked to call Fenney directly when I called the salon. I left two messages 2 weeks apart and Feeney NEVER returned my calls. So I called Karen. She had an office person call me several days later who offered me one time slot that I could not make and instructed me to call Karen back. I called and left a message for Karen to let her know I would be out of town the date she suggested and I asked if around 4pm any day the following week was a possibility. It's a week later and she NEVER called!! This morning I called the Peter Thomas Salon. A nice woman answered the phone and made me an appointment with the sylist of my choice on the spot. Don't bother with Hair Solano!

Stylist: Karen Toynbee
I have been getting my haircut with Karen for a couple years. She has long curly hair and understands curly hair. She has given me both a dry and wet cut and both have turned out great. She spends a long time cutting your hair, seeing where the curls fall, where they will be naturally. She is also really nice and very stylish. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KAREN :D
