I am a Deva gurl through and through. This guy was referred by the Deva Curlabortion, name Mark. It said that he does cut and color, just like Deva. After interviewing him for 30 minutes, I made the appointment and decided to come back. He started cutting my hair and noticed that he was not using the Deva way. Then to make matters worse, he highlighted my hair using FOIL, which in Deva curly hair world that is a NO-NO. My hair color that was not only brassy but highlights that were clumped together. When it came to setting it was worse nothing like Deva. I left with a frizz ball. I guess you get what you pay for, which of course they were overpriced. Ladies, if you are into Deva way make sure you look for the tools that they use including setting methods. It was a horrible experience after I went home. Deva Girls be weary of false Deva cutters!!!
