I went to see Mel based on a recommendation from this website, and I was really disappointed. She didn't listen to me at all. I had to ask her what she was doing to my hair a few times. I also thought she acted quite unprofessional. She talked on her cell phone, and made fun of other clients. Worst of all, I hate my hair.

I've been seeing Mel for a year now and the feedback from those in my life is that my hair is absolutely fabulous - and terrific colour! and this is unusual as i've struggled for years to find a good stylist. i can honestly say that mel has given my the best cuts ever. and she's been trained in not washing my curls as well.
