I just got another great cut from Christina. A note about her price though- apparently the $40 price is the salon's walk-in price and if you make an appointment with a specific stylist it's $50 for a mid-length cut. I had no idea, having just walked in the last time. I guess they discount the price if you walk-in since you're getting the luck of the draw. I have to say I'm happy with my cut and $50 is still a pretty good deal. I've spent close to three times that on haircuts in the past that weren't even that great.

I walked into ColorWorks on a whim because I hadn’t yet found a stylist I liked in the Baltimore area, and I was in bad need of a haircut. I knew I was taking a risk, but Christina didn’t hesitate. She conditioned my dry frizzy tangles (type 3b curls) and gave me a haircut that I have to say looks just as good as the fancy expensive name-brand cut I got last winter. And at $40 for a mid-length cut, she is so much more affordable. Christina did some kind of internal cutting to make my hair lay nicely, and she worked the ends in a way that blends them to avoid choppy layers. I have to say I’m happy with the cut, the service and the price. I would recommend her and I will definitely go back.
