I found Terri via a personal recommendation. I wanted highlights (touch-up, like I've always had) and a bare-minimum trim. Instead of the medium-dark blonde I wanted, I ended up with COPPER. Yes, red, penny-colored hair. AWFUL! And, even though I needed no more than a trim as I get regular trims, he cut off SEVEN INCHES of my hair. I cried on the way home and for months after. AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS! He obviously doesn't know how to cut curly (or straight?!) hair OR to color!!
