Postpartum Hair Loss and How to Bounce Back
A little but of frizz but still good curl definition after a long day.

Wash hair with cantu Shea butter cleansing cream shampoo, rinse. Condition with eco natural cocktail conditioner. Rinse. After shower: with hair still wet: place towel around neck. Add leave in conditioner of choice(I use sheamoisture coconut and hibiscus curl enhancing smoothie. Wet/soak roots of hair again. Add gel( I use ouidad curl quencher styling gel) , soak strands of hair again. Twist each major strand of hair with your finger making sure there is good slippage. Then plop hair with an old cotton long sleeve t-shirt. Wrap hair up for the night (or can leave for 1 hr.. That's the minimum, in order to retain moisture.) then diffuse dry hair- if only wrapped for 1 hr, only dry hair 3/4 of way... Put in a scrunchie at top of head.. Then after maybe 10-15 diffuse again. If there is frizz remaining , melt a small piece of raw African Shea butter under hot water, run through fingertips, and apply to ends of hair or Any slight frizzy patches. This also helps against frizz in humid weather. This can be a heavy substance on fine hair, so use only a small amount.
