step 3: tame those edges, apply whatever edge control or styler you use to ensure maximum hold.
step 4: tie a scarf around your head leaving the puff exposed. This way your edges have time to set and the puff won't be flat. You can leave you scarf on for about 20 minutes or even overnight.
step 5: Remove scarf carefully, and critique to your liking. I like to gently pull on the puff to create more volume you could even use the diffuser attachment on your blow dryer (low heat). P.S night time care consist of a satin scarf around the edges and a bonnet on top this way the puff won't be subject to high amounts of manipulation due to everyday puffing. Each morning I spray my hair using the Liquid oil method following a cream.
