Does Brittle Hair Always Mean Protein Overload?
Retried an Old Curly Hair Routine!

1.) On wash day I use "Kinky-Curly Come Clean Moisturizing Shampoo"
2.) I condition, detangle, and co-wash throughout the rest of the week(s) with "Tresemme Naturals Nourishing Moisture Conditioner". I do a final rinse with cold water each time to help decrease frizz and promote amazing shine. (On deep condition days, I just add coconut oil with my conditioner and leave it in for 5 minutes, then rinse with warm water before the final cold water rinse.)
3.) After I step out of the shower, I wrap my hair in an old cotton T-shirt and get dressed for the day. Once fully clothed I take my hair out and use the "praying hands" motion by smoothing, (I NEVER rake product once out of the shower), "SheaMoisture Jamaican Black Castor Oil Strengthen, Grow Restore Leave-In Conditioner" into my hair until I feel like my hair is completely saturated with the product.
4.) For styling, I smooth a generous amount of "L.A. Looks Sport Look Gel (dark blue)", into my hair and scrunch once I feel that it has been smoothed out evenly throughout my hair.
5.) Let it air dry and scrunch out any crunch! (I pineapple every night to help preserve the curls!)
