Jun 21, 2013 - Finding good hair products for fine hair can be really hard. Generally the shampoo is very harsh and strips the hair to volumize it, and then you don't get much moisture put back in with the conditioner. For a sulfate free shampoo, this actually lathered up a little bit which I liked. I love love love the smell; like Downy fabric softener, very mild and clean. It did an awesome job of getting the gunk out of my hair while still being very gentle. While using this shampoo I noticed less fallout then usual, although I can't say for sure that my hair got thicker. but I had my Mom use it and definitely ended up noticing a difference in the volume and thickness of her hair. Overall a really good low-poo. Just not special enough in my opinion to justify spending $10.

Jun 21, 2013 - (For reference, I'm 2C, fine/dense haired and low porosity) Pros: Awesome curl definition and frizz control, pleasant scent. Good for creating bigger, loose curls. Cons: Not much hold, and sat on top of my hair, making it gunky and flat. Didn't give me the tighter curls I was hoping to get. The smell is very strong, sweet and coconut-y which loved it at first but it got old after a few weeks of use.
