Nov 04, 2012 - After moving to the South from a larger city in the northeast for my husband's work, I put off getting a haircut for 8 months out of fear that I would end up with a butchered lampshade cut by someone with zero curly hair savvy. After wearing my hair back for several months, I finally broke down and looked online for a curly hair expert in my region, and struck gold in finding Danna. I've had curly hair my entire life, and have had a real range of haircut results. I grew up getting my hair hacked at by people who had no idea what to do with my curls. In college and graduate school, and working and living in cities I got some pretty good cuts. In finding Danna, though, she has given me some of the best, if not the actual best haircuts, I've ever gotten. Danna has a tremendous ability to maximize my curly hair's potential, and turn transform it so that it complements both the hair itself and my face. She somehow takes my mental image of how good my hair could look and makes it a reality by the time I leave the appointment. She has the best ability with curly hair I've ever seen, hands down. I've now gotten three cuts with her, and each one has been excellent.
