Dec 02, 2013 - The results from this product were great! My braidout is on point! I used this in conjunction with the cocoa bean smoothing lotion (as my leave-in). I made 8 braids on damp hair and my hair is ah-mazing! I have to take one curl off for the smell. It reminds me of play-doh. A friend of mine, who also uses this, said it doesn't have a smell at all...but, I disagree. It smells like the clay, I used to play with in Kindergarten. Lol. But, the product is still totally worth it and the smell does fade, once applied to your hair. I'm a huge fan of DB and this is now added to my HG list, as well. Perfect for winter months! Yay, to glycerin free! :-)

Feb 10, 2013 - This oil mixture, is awesome! It makes my hair amazingly soft. My brother swipes it from me and uses it for his small fro as well. However, I don't think I'll pay for this product anymore. After reading the ingredients, I realized I can make this oil mixture at home. I may come out cheaper, I'll have to calculate it and see.
Feb 10, 2013 - I'm very wary of deep conditioners. I just have so much trouble with them. Most of the time, these deep conditioners that "claim" to provide moisture, usually leave my hair dry and tangled. When I found Darcy Botanical's deep conditioner, I fell in love. That is my number one deep conditioner. That being said, KBB's Luscious Locks Hair Mask, is now my number two! It receives second place on my list, because it doesn't provide much slip for me, when I'm applying the conditioner. I'm able to comb through my hair, but the slip isn't as great as Darcy's deep conditioner. However the results, of this deep conditioner, are phenomenal! My curls were popping like ringlets! That like...never happens to me! Ha!

Oct 23, 2010 - Lisa is amazing! Being a natural girl herself, she totally understood my 4a hair! I'm a transitioner, and she listened to me when I told her I wasn't ready to fully cut off my relaxed ends; yet, she gave me a nice cut as well! I like her because she's well diversed as far as her clients. Black, white, Asian...you name it! She does it all! She's down to earth, she's funny and she's inexpensive! I love my twist out and I love Lisa! I'll definitely be back! If you're looking for a natural stylist, or if you want your hair cut and colored or even flat ironed. Lisa is the way to go!
