Apr 22, 2013 - Not a fan... for my Kinky/Coily hair it just failed to provide the moisture It advertised. I give it 2 curls for cleansing... my hair felt clean, but required lots of moisture replenishing.

Apr 22, 2013 - My hair is kinky coily... I'm not sure I agree with the typing but for the sake of comparing I'll agree I'm about 4a/b... its really curly at the nape and longer and kinkier towards the front. Extremely dry. I've been trying to follow the LOC method, however my liquid consists of 1 part Aloe Vera Juice added some Jojoba oil and grapeseed oil and topped off my spray bottle with Spring Water... I use this to revive my curls, then use Hawaiian Silky 14 in 1 on top of that, and lately I've used B&B Growth Oil as well as Paul Mitchell's Skinny Relaxing Balm and Skinny Serum both of which are great detanglers, and the Hawaiian Silky is used on top... for curl definition I'm using Shea Moisture Curling Souffle. This has been the best 2and 3 day hair I've had since going natural September 2007. The Hawaiian Silky is a GREAT moisturizer. Let me know what you think.
Jul 17, 2012 - This is now on my STAPLES list... a little expensive considering I make my own batches of store bought conditioner and usually add EVOO, Honey, Grapeseed Oil and AVOCADO I tried today for extra boost of moisture... WOW the avocado does MIRACLES! But when time is of the essence this Mask gives me wonderful slip... I have wet my hair down and worn it in a bun leaving the Mask on while I work -- returning to shampoo 10hours later. Its worth the price. I would recommend this to any COILY-Kinky Curly... it has everything you need to revitalize dry, parched, moisture-craving hair. I use the Monoi conditioner as a leave-in and the Monoi shampoo is my ONLY shampoo when I'm not co-washing... MONOI products give my 4a curls, conditioning, shine and moisture.
