Sep 16, 2015 - I initially used this product on my hair after I fully transitioned; I used it alongside the olive oil Eco Styler gel and I did not understand the hype. It neither hurt nor helped my hair and eventually, I gave it away. After a desperate attempt to find CG-friendly stylers/moisturizers to complement my Wetline Xtreme gel, I decided to give this bad boy another shot and it did not disappoint. While it doesn't define my coils alone, it gives amazing moisture and shine to my thick, dry, and porous color-treated hair.

Jun 01, 2015 - I'm so glad I gave this product a second try. When I first tried to use this over a year ago, I honestly did not understand what all the hype was; it did nothing but made my hair sticky. Just tried it again and the results were amazing! It could be due to me finally trying the CG method or that my homemade deep conditioner mix (Tresemme Naturals conditioner, honey, and oil) made my hair softer and moisturized but whatever the case, this will be a new staple. I feel like this could even work alone as a styler for my twist-outs. Only con is the price but my DC really revived my hair prior to applying this product, so I didn't have to use as much.
Nov 10, 2014 - This gave me a really defined twist out, however, it did not mix well with raw Shea butter even though it's allegedly one of the ingredients. I usually do the LOC method to moisturize my but this made my hair feel super greasy when mixed with other oils as well. I'm gonna try this product one more time but only using water.
