Apr 20, 2009 - I tell you, I'm not sure how to begin. It started out well, I used the weekly deep treatment a day ago and it was FANTASTIC! So I decided to use the TOO Shea tonight to maintain moisture! Quite contrary to my expectations... ha! My hair is terribly dry. When I applied it in the wet shower it was soft and lovely and then I towel dried with a t-shirt- and my hair seemed to have shrunk almost immediately and become really tight and dry...drrrryyyy! Wow! Wot a Shocker! Hehe...never again! You know I think too Shea isn't Shea enough, not for my hair at least. I'll use it to experiment maybe I'll add in some more Shea butter. It might be better then :) I still Love the Weekly treatment which has become more of a daily conditioner for me- I hope no terrible effects will be as a result- it’s just nuffin’ leaves my hair as soft after use. Wish me luck and good luck to you. Cheers, thanks.

Mar 31, 2009 - I think it may be as good as any other hot oil treatment. I am yet to use alone- I used with Jessicurl weekly pampering treatment. I had positive results after use. I only give it 4 stars for its price. I will use alone and post a review in comparison to Arbre de Vie Shea Hot Oil Treatment. I bought it for all the other oils it contained including Jojoba. Thanks.
Mar 31, 2009 - Absolutely fabulous in making hair soft! Good overnight or 2 hour treatment. Bears no styling properties, just makes it so sooooooooooooooo soft and manageable. I love it! For my hair type, I use it sort of every 5 days and it helps me manage it. When I say it has no styling properties, I mean it leaves my hair so soft that it falls as much as it can in a funny way then I have to play around to get it right but it will be really good for combing and putting hair into protective styles such as plaits, buns etc.
