Jul 19, 2012 - This is truly a year-round product for me. I pair it with a gel (BRHG for mega hold or SS FHG for softer hold) and it always gives me great hair. My 2B/3A waves/curls are wavier/curlier depending on the humidity and the type of gel that I use with this. In the summer, I add some CJ CIAB (used as a serum). CJ CCCC lite + CJ CIAB + SS FHG is one of my summer HG combos.

Mar 19, 2010 - This is my all-time favorite curl creme. It works magic on my 3A hair: big, bouncy, soft, well-defined curls. It works best with puddles of water scrunched in after (supersoaker method), followed by a hard-hold gel. I use the lite version in the winter because my hair is glycerin-sensitive.
Feb 20, 2010 - Fabulous both as a rinse-out and as a leave-in. I can't believe it doesn't weigh down my 3A hair. Love it!

May 10, 2009 - Kennedy has been cutting my 3A hair for about 10 years. I've followed her from Mario Tricoci on Michigan Ave, to her own salon in Lincoln Park, to Ulta on State St. She gives me a hybrid cut - I go in with it curly, she assesses what I need done, washes it and cuts it wet, blow dries it straight, and then cuts it again once it's dry. The end result is a style that looks fabulous either straight or curly, although I style it curly about 90% of the time. I also go to a Deva-trained stylist in the DC area (who cuts my dry curls prior to washing them), and she always remarks that my Chicago stylist did a great job cutting my curls. Highly recommended!
May 05, 2008 - I went to Jannah a few weeks ago and she did a great job. I have 2b/3a hair, and she gave me a "hybrid CG" cut - one that I can wear curly or blow dry straight. The Bumble products she recommended didn't really work for me, but the cut itself was really good. I'll definitely go back. Thanks for the suggestion, curlies! :)
