Sep 11, 2011 - I used this shampoo for a couple of years. It cleans really well & is inexpensive. I'm going to reserve it for occasional clarifying now, because I believe it's too harsh & drying to use often. It really does get ALL the residue out of your hair if you cheat & use cones. You'll want to use a good conditioner afterward.

Sep 10, 2011 - I used this gel for a long time, but I had to mix it with a smoothing cream that had cones to keep it from getting too crunchy & flaking on dark clothing. It made great curls when I squeezed it through wet hair & dried with a diffuser, but the flakiness was an ongoing problem. It's not the easiest product to wash out.
Sep 10, 2011 - I tried Wen Sweet Almond Mint from a friend. I felt like my hair was moisturized really well, but then it hung a little limp from it. The bottle suggests smoothing a little bit through as a leave-in product, but it didn't do anything to define my curls. It's not for me.
