Feb 12, 2014 - I have the new version of the DevaFuser. It now uses a wide rubber band to attach to the dryer. The first time I used it (attached to a Revlon 1875) it kept falling off. I think the band was too tight at first, I have used it 2 more times and have not had it fall off any more. I like the design better than a normal diffuser but am not sold on the changes to the design. I wish I had paid the extra money and got the original DevaFuser and dryer. I may return it. The plastic feels cheap, I am afraid of breaking. It is not worth $50.00, very overpriced for what you get. BUT I really like the results.

Jan 12, 2014 - I like this gel, but don't love it. I need additional moisture with it. I use it with DevaCurl Set it Free. It takes time to learn the balance with this product line, so allow time for you and your hair to get used to it, you will be glad you did. I had many bad hair days at first. I go through more gel than any of the other DevaCurl products, it is rather expensive. One Condition, Set it Free and No Poo last a long time so I can justify the price. I have been using Garnier Pure Clean Gel (less than half the price of Deva gels, bought because my salon was out of Deva Gel) it seems to work as well, I am not sure this is my "go to" product. I will try others before buying Deva Gel again. I may buy Garnier Pure Clean Gel again, it is much cheaper and works OK, but feels very slimy.
Jan 12, 2014 - I bought this when I was out of DevaCurl Ultra Defining Gel. I like it, a little goes a long way! The first time I used this was with DermOrganic Volume Foam, my hair was hard and looked greasy (oops) I could NOT crunch out the product. Using a small amount of those two products and my natural blonde cherub curls come out soft and shiney. (normally they are very dry, fine and need assistance of good product to hold their natural curl). The gel has a slimy texture (yuk!) and is not 100% natural, minus a star for that. This is less than half the price of Deva gels. For second day hair I mist with water with just a little One Condition diluted in it, scrunch and go.
